• Consultation requests: your name, email, phone number and the message you send through our forms.
• Client portal: your login email and password (stored only as a secure hash) and the property, lease, tenant, rent and case information you choose to enter.
• Website analytics: Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to measure visits and advertising results. They do not give us your name.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, to provide legal services to our clients, and to improve the website. We do not sell or rent personal information. Portal information is visible only to you and to our office.

No attorney client relationship

Sending a message through this website does not create an attorney client relationship. Please do not send confidential information until we have confirmed that we can represent you.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or delete your portal account from the account settings page. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law.
