We represent landlords and property owners in residential and commercial evictions in 34 Orange County cities and 88 Los Angeles County cities, and in the unincorporated areas of both counties.
Eviction cases are filed in the Superior Court for the county where the property is located. Cities marked local rules have their own rent or eviction ordinance on top of state law, so the notice and paperwork requirements are different.
